What does a first conversation cost?
Nothing. The first conversation is free and without obligation. We use it to work out whether what we do fits your situation — and you use it to size us up. Neither side under pressure.
Am I too small or too large for digiFORMER?
We typically work with companies of five to a hundred employees. But that is a rule of thumb, not an exclusion. What actually counts: you are owner-run or led from the top, and you are looking for a sparring partner as an equal — not a corporate consultancy or a click-and-go supplier.
What should I bring to a first conversation?
Nothing prepared. Ideally a brief sense of where you stand today and what is on your mind. If there is a specific question — choosing a tool, a migration, compliance — all the better. If not, we work it out together.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
Usually in the same or the following week. If something is urgent, say so in the booking form or on the phone — we try to make room at short notice.
We use .eu — and there is a reason for it.
Email addresses are small decisions. But small decisions add up to a position.
We could have taken .com. We could have taken .de. Instead it is .eu — because we want to do more than preach digital sovereignty in Europe; we want it visible in how we appear.
Pascal Oelmann is half German, half French, and sees Europe not as a fallback but as a deliberate choice. We carry that outward on purpose — including in details such as the top-level domain.
