Things do not stop when the project does.
Training, knowledge transfer, sparring and long-term availability. We think in relationships, not in tickets — and stay reachable once the project has formally ended.
Because the best
concept goes wild
without being
rooted.
Digitalisation projects rarely fail on technology. They fail on habits, on people never being shown how, on unclear responsibilities, and on later requirements that nobody is looking after.
We treat support as part of the solution — not as a service contract bolted on afterwards. In practice: we train during the implementation, document so that things keep running without us, and stay reachable for new requirements.
You do not have to tie us into a fixed contract if you would rather not. But you have the option — and use it as you need it.
Four building blocks we offer at this level.
Training and knowledge transfer
User training, introducing new ways of working, guiding pilot groups. We train teams, document so that a new employee can understand the setup too, and build knowledge structures that do not depend on particular individuals.
One thing matters here: we hide nothing. If a client wants to carry on without us after a while, that should be possible.
Managed advice
Many clients stay with us after a project closes — as a sparring partner, an escalation point, the first place to turn with something new. The form varies: loose retainer arrangements, packages of hours, or simply a call when needed.
We think in relationships, not in engagements.
Reusable service packages
Recurring tasks are standardised here. Examples: connecting a phone system to a CRM, consolidating a Microsoft 365 tenant, becoming e-invoicing capable in thirty days, a multi-tenant cockpit.
The advantage for you: predictable cost, a clearly bounded scope, a quick start.
Long-term partnership
Some of our clients have been with us for years. Not because we tie them in — because it works. If you need stability rather than a new consultant every year, we are the right people to talk to.
Support here does not mean what you might expect.
We are not a helpdesk. If your server dies at three in the morning, we are not the first call — there are specialists for that. We are the partner for strategy and architecture.
We do not sell mandatory blocks of hours that you pay for whether you need them or not. Support here follows what you actually need.
You write or call — a person answers, not a ticket number. With smaller clients that is usually Pascal directly, with larger ones a small team.
What clients often ask about ongoing support.
Do we have to commit to a retainer?
No. Some clients run a fixed retainer of hours with us. Others call once or twice a year. Both are fine. We do not push anyone into a contract shape that does not fit.
What does an hour of sparring cost?
In the low three figures, depending on depth and continuity. Cheaper on a fixed retainer than on pure call-off. We give you the actual figures in the preliminary conversation.
Can you train our own staff as well?
Yes. Training for internal IT staff or key operational people is a frequent part of ongoing support. We do that in workshops, pair working, or structured onboarding phases.
If we do not need you for six months — are you still there?
Yes. We get in touch when something relevant comes up (changes to the e-invoicing obligation, for instance). But we do not push. You get in touch when you need us.
Dependable support instead of a new consultant every year.
If you want to know whether our way of working fits you, the first conversation is the right place to start. Not a sales pitch — an honest sorting-out.
